At Northern Grace + Co, we do our best to get your order to you quickly and with care!
Shipping Rates
- All U.S. orders ship for a flat rate of $7.00.
- Orders over $100 ship free.
- At this time, we do not ship outside the U.S.
- Shipping rates are subject to change as carrier costs fluctuate.
Processing & Delivery
- Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been packed and shipped.
- Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please allow an additional 4–7 business days for delivery once your package is on its way.
- We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. During peak seasons or holidays, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer.
- Carrier & Tracking
We use the U.S. Postal Service (USPS)or UPS for all shipping. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s journey.
Important Notes
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
- Northern Grace + Co is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or holiday volume once your order has left our facility.
