How to Start a Return
To begin a return, simply log in to your account and select “Request a Return”, or contact us at returns@northerngraceco.com and we will be happy to help.
Return Policy
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered items purchased online and shipped to a U.S. address.

Returns are for store credit only (no cash refunds).

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the order date.

Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact sales@northerngraceco.com within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Jewelry, headbands, hair accessories, laundry, bath and body products, mystery bags, Deal of the Week, Door Busters, final sale items, or any item discounted by 30% or more.
Important Details

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Items with stains, odors (such as perfume or smoke), pet hair, or visible wear will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages or items marked “delivered” by the carrier.

Orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled after checkout.
Sale Price Policy
If a sale begins after your purchase, we’re unable to honor the new sale price or process a return for that reason.
How You’ll Receive Your Credit
Once your return is processed (please allow 5–7 business days after we receive it), you’ll receive an emailed electronic gift card that can be used at checkout on a future order.
